Why is my relx device not charging or blinking red?

A flashing red light usually means a low battery, a pod that isn’t sitting right, or that you took too many long hits in a row. If it won’t charge up:

• Look inside the bottom port. Clean out any pocket lint with a toothpick.
• Always use the original USB-C cable that came inside your box.
• Don’t use massive laptop fast-chargers, as they can temporarily throw off the battery’s safety sensors.

What should I do if my vape isn’t hitting or making vapor?

This usually means the metal connection spots under the pod aren’t touching the pins inside the device. Fix it by doing this:

• Take out the pod and wipe the metal contact dots with a clean, dry tissue.
• Double-check that you pulled off the clear plastic sticker from the bottom of your new pod.
• Put a different pod in to make sure your current one isn’t just a dud.

How do I stop my pods from leaking or spitting liquid?

Spitting juice or leaking comes down to air pressure changes or built-up moisture. Keep it clean with these tricks:

• Take softer hits: Pulling too hard sucks raw juice straight into the air path before it can vaporize.
• Clean the base: Give the inside of the device slot a quick wipe every day.
• Flying tips: Airplane cabin pressure makes pods leak. Take your pod out of the device when flying and put it in a separate bag.

Why does my vape taste burnt or harsh all of a sudden?

A burnt taste means the cotton wick inside is dry or spent. This normally happens after 5 to 7 days of regular use. Don’t chain vape back-to-back, because the wick needs a few seconds to soak up more juice between hits. If the pod is out of liquid, just swap it for a new one.
