At RxPods Dubai, we are dedicated to delivering your vaping products quickly, safely, and in full compliance with the regulations of the United Arab Emirates. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery zones, timelines, charges, payment methods, and the age verification requirements that apply to all orders placed through our website or in-store.
By placing an order with RxPods Dubai, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms set out in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or applicable UAE regulations.
2. Age Restriction – 18+ Only
In compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 and local regulations governing the sale of tobacco and vaping products, all purchases from RxPods Dubai are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Age Verification at Checkout: All customers must confirm they are 18 or older before completing any purchase on our website or in-store.
- Verification Upon Delivery: Our delivery personnel reserve the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID (Emirates ID, passport, or driving licence) at the point of delivery to verify the recipient’s age.
- Right to Refuse Delivery: If a customer is unable to provide valid age verification upon request, or if there is reasonable suspicion that the recipient is a minor, RxPods Dubai reserves the right to refuse delivery without a refund.
- Responsibility of Purchaser: By placing an order, the customer takes full responsibility for ensuring that the products are not accessible to anyone under 18 years of age.
We take our age restriction obligations seriously and do not condone the sale or supply of vaping products to minors under any circumstances.
3. Delivery Locations
RxPods Dubai currently delivers to multiple cities and emirates across the UAE. Below is a summary of our available delivery zones:

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery availability to specific areas within each emirate may vary; customers are encouraged to confirm coverage before placing an order.
4. Delivery Times & Same-Day Service
RxPods Dubai is proud to offer fast, reliable same-day delivery across Dubai and select neighbouring emirates. Our delivery schedule is as follows:
- Express Dubai (1–2 Hours): For customers in Dubai requiring urgent delivery, our express option aims to get your order to your door within 1 to 2 hours of order confirmation.
- Normal Dubai (4–6 Hours): Standard same-day delivery within Dubai, processed and dispatched within 4 to 6 hours of a confirmed order.
- Ajman & Sharjah: We strive to deliver within 1 to 2 hours to Ajman and Sharjah on a best-effort basis, subject to driver availability and traffic conditions.
- Other UAE Cities: Orders to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and other UAE locations are typically delivered within 12 to 24 hours.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events. RxPods Dubai will communicate any significant delays to the customer as promptly as possible.
Orders placed after 9:00 PM GST may be scheduled for the following day depending on operational hours. Customers will be notified at the time of order confirmation.
5. Free Delivery Offer
RxPods Dubai offers FREE delivery on all orders with a minimum cart value of AED 300. This offer applies to all delivery zones within the UAE and is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying amount is reached.
- Minimum Order Value: AED 300.00 (after any applicable discounts).
- Applies To: All UAE delivery zones covered by RxPods Dubai.
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30.00 for orders below AED 300.
- Express Surcharges: The free delivery threshold applies to standard options; express upgrades may carry additional charges based on location.
6. Payment Methods
RxPods Dubai offers a range of convenient and secure payment options to suit our customers’ preferences:

All transactions are processed securely. RxPods Dubai does not store card details. In cases of payment failure, customers will be notified and asked to retry or select an alternative method before the order is dispatched.
7. Product Compliance & UAE Regulations
All vaping products sold and shipped by RxPods Dubai comply with UAE federal and local regulations governing the sale, distribution, and use of e-cigarettes and related accessories. We only stock products that meet applicable safety and quality standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: All products are sourced from verified suppliers and conform to UAE Ministry of Health and Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology (ESMA) guidelines where applicable.
- Home Delivery Restrictions: Delivery is carried out strictly to private residential and commercial addresses. We do not deliver to schools, government facilities, or any premises where vaping products are prohibited.
- Discreet Packaging: All orders are packaged discreetly to protect the privacy of our customers during delivery.
- Product Authenticity: RxPods Dubai guarantees the authenticity of all products. Counterfeit or unapproved products are never knowingly stocked or sold.
8. Shipping Issues & Returns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 4 to 48 hours of delivery. For full details on how returns are handled, please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy available on our website.
- Damaged in Transit: Photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund to be considered.
- Wrong Item Received: We will arrange collection and re-delivery of the correct item at no additional cost to the customer.
- Non-Delivery: If an order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with our delivery team.
